Departing from her body of work Momentum (2010), a photography and video art stills series through which the artist explores the origin of the cosmos in a drop of color as a metaphor of the beginning of life, White has created Sidereal, the first Be A Work Of Art Collection, inspired in the morning twilight. Light and color become an inspiration, a guide that connects planets and their forces with their assigned days of the week. Momentum (origin of an instant in time) is a site specific installation executed in a large window wall as part of ALBO, a project hosted by The MAMM of Medellin, Colombia.

THIS PROJECT MEANT A TURNING POINT IN THE ARTIST WORK; SHE WAS LED TO CONSIDER THE TEMPORALITY OF PAINTING AND ITS INTERACTION WITH THE OPEN ARCHITECTURAL SPACE. WITH HER WORK SHE CREATES A PLACE TO BE INHABIT, TO MEDITATE AND CONTEMPLATE THE ACT OF CREATION. WHITE TRANSFERS THIS CONCEPT TO HER FIRST COLLECTION, SIDEREAL. FROM THE LIGHT AND COLOR THAT SURROUND THE VISITORS AN OFFER A MOMENT OF CONNECTION WITHIN THEMSELVES, WHITE GOES ONE STEP FURTHER, CREATING A PERSONAL SACRED SPACE, A WEARABLE WORK OF ART THAT WILL MAKE US VIBRATE IN HIGHER CHROMATIC LEVELS.
